This specialty program is great for anyone looking to improve their lifting technique as well as build strength and confidence in the gym. This program is great for beginners and intermediate/advanced participants alike. We can modify the intensity of the workouts (less weight for new people more for intermediate/advanced) to make the workouts more or less difficult.
Coach led classes from start to finish. Your Coach will take you through a warm-up, a movement prep, and your weightlifting workout. Your Coach is with you every step of the way! They will teach you how to perform movements safely then make sure you are doing them right in your workout. Common movements we perform in classes include but are not limited to:

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
